Customer management consultancy, Ember Services, has responded to growing demand with two key appointments to its consultancy team.

Nigel BarehamNigel Bareham, who comes to Ember from Vodafone, will specialise in the development of customer strategies across online, voice and social channels.

 

 

 

 

Greg LattonGreg Latton joins Ember as a commercial specialist, bringing wide-ranging experience from the public and private sector, having worked on some of the UK’s most prestigious procurement programmes.

Before joining Ember, Nigel Bareham spent 13 years in the telecommunications industry, including international roles with Vodafone, most recently as business owner of Vodafone’s self-service platform in New Zealand.

Greg Latton joins Ember from QinetiQ where, as Principal Consultant, he focused on improving evaluation criteria and commercial arrangements for a variety of large-scale procurements.  Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in both inhouse and outsourced contact centres with Barclays and Sitel UK.

Victoria StruttThe recent appointments see new expertise brought into client management with Victoria Strutt joining the team as Client Partner. Victoria joins from a long tenure at Tullo Marshall Warren were she was most recently responsible for managing the customer programmes for HSBC and Wealth Management.

Chris Lewis also compliments the client management team, joining as Client Partner, looking after telecoms clients. Chris is an experienced customer engagement specialist, having held previous roles at RLA Group, Crayon and OgilvyOne. Chris joins from The Global Insight Group where he was responsible for customer engagement programmes including solutions for Domino’s and Arriva.

Rafe HyattAlongside the client management work, Rafe Hyatt joins the business development team from ChannelAdvisor supporting pipeline acquisition and Natalie Beecroft fills the Marketing Manager role for the division, bringing B2B technology marketing experience from roles held with Microsoft, RedPrairie and JDA.

 

 

 
Natalie BeecroftFollowing their hugely successful equity fundraise, Crowdfunder UK has confirmed that Chartered Accountant, Deborah Edwards will lead the UK’s No 1 rewards-based crowdfunding platform’s finance team.
Deborah, who is a partner at Harlands Accountants in Cornwall was brought on board to assist with Crowdfunder’s fundraise and look at the strategic financial planning of the business. She has been instrumental in developing the business plan for the equity fundraise in which Crowdfunder raised £650k in 14 hours on Crowdcube.com.
