Event held on 14th July gathered top professionals and companies in customer and financial service, as well as training experts. Amongst a number of exciting initiatives (over 80 presentations), the best were awarded by the panels of expert judges.
Overall Financial Services Experience Winners were Virgin Money Plc taking away two trophies on the day in categories Best Innovation and Employee Engagement ‘Improving CX’.

Professionals from the industry were able to network, share experiences and receive feedback from some of the biggest experts in financial services fields.
The awards were hosted by Awards International in partnership with the Customer Experience Magazine. There were 26 category award winners on the day altogether. The categories included discipline and industry specific as well as awards for top professionals and the best teams.
The Awards are unique in recognising and celebrating best practice in the delivery and improvement of outstanding customer experience in the Financial Services sector and customer service training awards.
