Paydata designed their UK reward Management Survey with a view to provide businesses with the information they need about the current state of Reward Management across the nation. A portion of the survey was dedicated specifically to researching the state of play when it came to the gender pay gap.
This is already an area of great concern to both employers and employees, and therefore there was a consensus that it would be of benefit to identify the plans in place and any concerns regarding the introduction of compulsory reporting.
