CXM Club aims to bring together delivery and training CX Professionals through a whole host of benefits, including regular meetings at new and exciting venues.

During the day, Neil Skehel Proprietor of Customer Experience Magazine will go through the benefits of CXM Club membership and how to sign up. We will also be launching the business directory, the CX events listing and CXM Club membership.

About Us

Customer Experience Magazine is an online magazine for CX professionals full of case studies and useful business resources in the areas of CX, Digital Experience, Employee Experience and Financial Services.

CXM Club is the new membership organisation for individuals and companies who are ready to take the initiative and improve not only themselves and their businesses, but also the CX environment. Over time, we will compose an agenda of member activities, such as establishing standards in the customer experience and commissioning research, for member benefits.

Being a part of the CXM Club will not just entail making meaningful connections between people who have the same professional goals. Our aim is to support businesses and personal growth of members through training, knowledge and events.

The launch of CXM Club also coincides with the launch of the CXM Business Directory and CX Events, which aims to list major CX events of interest to the readership.

    The event and registration is in the View, which is the Marketing Suite for the Battersea Power Station Development Corporation.

    The View is a state of the art facility reflecting the prestige of this amazing development, with a collection of impressive architectural models of the development and memorabilia of the Battersea Power Station site.

    Opening - Chairman Don Hales

    Don will welcome everyone and set the scene. Don has put together the agenda and speakers for the day. He knows and recommends every one of these speakers, all of whom are wonderful leaders and well known for their delivery. The day will be a treat.

    Michelle Dawson

    Battersea Power Station is being transformed into London’s newest neighbourhood and an unrivalled worldwide destination with an exceptional service reputation. Michelle explains how Battersea Academy of Skills Excellence (BASE) will empower people with the skills and confidence to turn this vision into reality.

    Henry Hopkins & Jacqueline Regan

    Heads Up! How to create differentiated service in a low-cost sector, leading to positive behavioural change and business impact across multiple sites.

    This session will cover the development of a new ‘service style’ for The Gym Group, together with five ‘moments of truth’ focusing on the customer experience and forming the basis for a UK-wide training rollout for over 1,000 staff, managers and personal trainers.
