Water suppliers Business Stream made quite a splash in the 2017 UK Customer Experience Awards, with overjoyed staff walking away with an armful of prizes.

The firm, which supplies businesses across Scotland and England since being formed in 2008 by Scottish Water, was a finalist in a whopping seven categories – and won trophies in four.

They missed out in the Contact Centre (Small), Customer at the Heart of Everything (Listening to the Customer), and Digital CX Innovation categories.

Their winning haul, however, comprised Silver in the Utilities category (in partnership with Cap Gemini and Pathfinder), and Gold in Business Change, Customer-Centric Culture, and Insight and Feedback.

What a night at Wembley for Business Stream!

The firm’s Director of Customer Operations caught up with CXM following well-deserved celebrations, and said: “We are delighted with the Awards that we won, as they are a testament to the hard work and commitment of people across the business to deliver significant enhancements to our Customer Experience.

“Our focus now is on delivering further improvements to the service that we provide to help ensure we are continually evolving in line with our customers’ needs.”
