After a year of hard work and dedication, CXM is proud to announce the launch of a new website on 6 October, in honour of celebrating the International CX Day.

Founded in 2012, CXM has been a resource of industry news, blogs, features, reports, case studies and international stories all focussing on CX. The CXM team has been tirelessly working on providing the best experience to an ever-growing readership to stay up to date with the latest stories from their CX peers.

The website will get a completely new look, much faster performance, new exciting features and an improved overall UX. Amongst the other new features are greater accessibility and personalized experience.

We carefully choose the launch date to be 6 October – the International CX Day when you will be able to celebrate CX together with us at CXM. On this day from 9 am to 5 pm UK Time, you will be able to BOOK A CALL and share you CX story with us.

You can share your greatest achievements from CX to DX – how your organisation managed during the crisis, the plan behind your business transformation or what jumpstarted your career in CX. After the call, your story will be the first to be published on the brand new website.
