Who can apply?
There are 20 categories recognising the full spectrum of CX achievements. Entrants are invited to choose a category (or categories) and submit an entry, while also describing their work in full detail.
Entries that meet the strict scoring criteria will be shortlisted as finalists and promoted on our social media channels as well as newsletters. After the Awards Ceremony, we will also promote all the winners across our various communication channels. Whether you’re a small, medium or large company, these awards are for you!
