DXC Technology has extended its long-standing partnership with ServiceNow to accelerate the adoption of generative AI (GenAI) for businesses worldwide.
Together, the companies have established a GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE), combining DXC’s expertise in consulting and implementation with ServiceNow’s AI-powered Now Assist platform. This initiative aims to simplify AI adoption and help organisations quickly achieve measurable outcomes from their investments.
The collaboration focuses on addressing a critical challenge: the growing demand for swift and tangible AI benefits. The CoE leverages DXC’s AI Impact framework, which integrates consulting, engineering, and secure enterprise services, alongside ServiceNow’s advanced GenAI tools.
Moreover, DXC AI consultants will guide customers in modernising operations, optimising technology performance, and enhancing customer experiences.
A key example of the initiative’s potential is DXC’s deployment of Now Assist within its own service delivery platform, streamlining IT operations for over 500 clients. This has improved efficiency and saved nearly 10,000 hours monthly, demonstrating the transformative power of GenAI.
“Organisations want to unlock high-impact AI use cases at scale, and together with ServiceNow, we’re delivering secure, compliant, and effective solutions,” said Howard Boville, Executive Vice President at DXC.
Building on 15 years of collaboration, the companies continue to deliver results across industries. Notable projects include Swiss Federal Railways integrating ServiceNow to streamline operations, Jollibee Foods Corporation using unified platforms to enhance enterprise efficiency, and the City of Milan’s Civil Protection Department managing critical resources during the pandemic.
With over 2,000 ServiceNow certifications and ongoing innovation through its Training Academy, DXC is well-positioned to help customers realise the full potential of AI.
