The upcoming Unlock Your #CX Potential conference is set to bring global Customer Experience though leaders and practitioners together in a single day.
This unique event will feature a range of experts including Ian Golding, Greg Melia and Deborah Cane.
Taking place on March 25, the conference is a full-day event and returns for the second year, under the CXPA’s Midlands Chapter. The theme of the event is to focus on the future of CX in a post COVID era.
Among the confirmed speakers are also Francesca Tempestini, Gregorio Uglioni, and Alec Dalton who have all featured in the best-selling book series Customer Experience.
Case studies presented on the day will include Virgin Money, Natwest Group and Aspen Healthcare, with their successful CX strategies aiming to inspire delegates as they embark on their own journey to improve Customer Experience.
Speaking to CXM, conference organiser Naeem Arif said he is very excited to establish Unlock Your #CX Potential in Birmingham, offering a new event for Midlands-based entrepreneurs and established firms to reshape their relationships with customers.
