Ian Golding has acquired the status of a highly influential figure in Customer Experience in the recent years, coaching CX across the world. With over 25 years of experience in the CX sector, Ian has published one book, co-authored two and has regularly contributed to Customer Experience Magazine. In 2020 alone, Ian delivered over 30 masterclasses and shared knowledge with more than 600 people from all over the world. To support and inspire the CX community during the pandemic, Ian brought together a group of fellow global CX professionals under the name CX Cares. The group released one whitepaper and helped with the guiding and counseling businesses during the challenging period. On top of that, Ian has continued in his role as an Awards Chairman, hosting three CX Awards events in 2020. Ian is the very deserving of this year’s CX Stars!

Last year’s number one UK CX Influencer, CX Rockstar James Dodkins landed on number two this year. James has been in the CX industry for 10 years and has published four books on the same topic.

The creator of ACXS finds his inspiration in the CX community where he helps other CX professionals to systematically improve Customer Experience in a structured and replicable way. James was also recently awarded ‘UK’s Most Outstanding CX Keynote Speaker’ by Corporate Vision Magazine.

Nick’s career started 20 years ago when he co-founded B2B International with the goal of helping companies to improve CX. Nick has published two books on market research and one book around the Six Pillars of CX.

As a successful global CX author-entrepreneur, Claire has been leading the charge for Women in CX around the world. Claire left the corporate world in 2017 and started her own CX agency. In 2020, Clare started a podcast called WICX and an online membership community to bring to together, support and inspire women in the CX industry from all over the world. Clare has a strong presence on LinkedIn, with over 14 000 followers, regularly posting about her podcast and CX community. She finds inspiration in the work and accomplishments of the prime minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Adern.

With more than 10 years in the CX industry, Dr. Ana Iorga is now at the helm Buyer Brain, a people insights company that uses cutting edge neuroscience to delve deep into customers’ emotions and deliver accurate consumer insights. Ana has co-edited and authored ‘Ethics in Neuromarketing’ and co-authored the ‘Consumer Neuroscience’ textbook. During the onset of Covid-19, Ana started working with the Romanian government on a communication campaign while employing behavioural science principles.
