Places are now available for the third CXM Club meeting, in which Customer Experience professionals and leaders will gather for a day of presentations, networking, and sharing best practise.

The event will take place at the headquarters of UK Customer Experience Awards finalists Barclaycard in Northampton on April 17, with the theme of the gathering A Powerful Combination: Leadership and Customer Focus.

The day will feature seven sessions led by CX pioneers who will brief guests on changes they have made to their respective organisations through establishing a vision of quality Customer – and Employee – Experience.

These include Niall Cluley, the MD of global culture and engagement consultancy firm Dragonfish. Niall’s presentation will focus on how engaging with staff to steer them towards “living” your brand values can have a visible effect on your company’s fortunes.

Meanwhile, returning to CXM Club is CEO of PTI Wordwide Royston Guest, an inspirational speaker with a proven track record in delivering business growth and peak performance from staff.

Case studies from previous UK Customer Experience Awards winners will also be presented for discussion and inspiration, including Capital One, which won an amazing four gongs at the 2017 awards in London’s Wembley Stadium.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to sign up as official CXM Club members, which will lead to meaningful business connections and personal growth through training, knowledge sharing, and further exclusive events.

Customer Experience Magazine editor Paul Ainsworth said:

“This fantastic event will see the UK’s leading Customer Experience influencers come together, so it’s a phenomenal opportunity for any business looking to maximise their own Customer Experience offering – and in 2018 that should be all businesses, as the power of customers continue to grow.”

CXM proprietor Neil Skehel added:

“I am looking forward to welcoming our CXM Club guests to this fantastic day-long meeting, which is the first major event in the UK’s Customer Experience calendar for 2018. It’s an exciting year for the industry and there is plenty to discuss and share – and CXM Club is the place to do it.”
