The CX Stars list of the UK’s top Customer Experience Professionals and Influencers is returning to CXM for 2021.

CX Stars is Customer Experience Magazine’s annual list of the country’s most dedicated CX Professionals who strive to transform businesses and place the customer firmly at the centre of their organisations, and the inspirational thought leaders who offer guidance and share best practice for doing so.

Our CX Influencers are the guiding lights with the vision to chart the way forward in a rapidly changing business landscape, and their inspiration is delivered through consultancy work, books, published articles, and other media platforms.

Join us as we establish the Top 50 Influencers who will lead the way in 2021 as we shift into a new era of delivering Customer Experience in a post-Covid world.

The CX Professionals list will count down the Top 100 individuals leading the charge from within businesses and helping them adapt to the new needs of the customer and implementing crucial changes to drive their organisations forward in these unprecedented times.

This year, Customer Experience Magazine has established a panel of highly regarded thinkers from the CX world to help draft our shortlists of Professionals and Influencers who will make up our CX Stars list for 2021.

Crucially, this year the shortlist is being presented to YOU the readers of Customer Experience Magazine, to have YOUR say on who you think should top each list.

Rank your preferred Top 5 Professionals and Top 5 Influencers in the order you choose, and help establish the CX Stars we will all be looking towards in 2021.

Your votes on the top CX Professionals and Influencers will influence the order and guide our panel calculain confirming the final countdown, with the list being exclusively revealed in January 2021 and the Number One in each category crowned.
