The Customer Experience Magazine team is here to support our colleagues each step along the way. Therefore, with this short overview, we summarized all you need to know to become a part of the Awards International family.
What should you know about the application process?
Do you have achievements you are proud of? We bet you have. The USCXA programme is now live and officially open for entries. The entry deadline is March 25, and you can learn more by visiting the website.
In the interview we conducted earlier this year with the judges and entrants of the UKXA21, we uncovered ‘behind the scenes’ and explored the judges’ tips for writing a good entry. This insightful interview will surely help you prepare for the application process.
The judges will assess your written entry, scoring you against the strict criteria. There are several steps to ensure the judging process is fair:
- Every category has at least 3 judges
- Every entry is scored at least 3 times
- Entries are assessed for at least 3.75 hours
- All finalists receive a detailed feedback report
- All Awards have been accredited as Ethical Awards Schemes by the Independent Awards Standards Council.
The Awards Finals will take place on June 23, and the Awards Ceremony one week later, on June 30, 2022. Show your results and get recognition for them across the CX community in the United States.
