Firstsource Solutions has achieved victory at the UK Customer Experience Awards for the fourth year in a row.

The firm took the Gold title in the Best Employee Engagement – Programme or Transformation category, with a second win secured in the form of Bronze (in partnership with Lloyds Banking group) in the Transforming the Customer Experience category.

The wins highlight the consistently exceptional customer service delivered by Firstsource, in partnership with Lloyds Banking Group, as well as the ongoing success of Firstsource’s employee engagement programme.

The latest victories follow last year’s wins at the same awards event in Wembley Stadium, when Firstsource’s Kath Chivers was named CX Professional of the Year and the firm won the Large Contact Centre category for their Cardiff centre.

Meanwhile, the Silver award for Best Employee Engagement – Programme or Transformation was presented to CPM International with Airbnb, while Bronze went to the Royal Automobile Club.
