A new year has dawned and with January comes the countdown to the finals of the Gulf Customer Experience Awards.

The annual event is celebrating its fourth year in 2019, and continues to be the Middle East’s premier platform for honouring the very best Customer Experience initiatives of the past 12 months.

Dubai is once again the host of the ceremony on January 22 and will see teams of representatives give presentations to an expert panel of judges that includes some of the world’s foremost CX authorities.

Among the finalists this year are some of the biggest names in business, including Emirates NBD, DHL Express, RAKBank, and Virgin Mobile UAE.

The awards also celebrates the outstanding Customer Experience schemes of organisations including Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and the Department of Culture & Tourism.

Of course, the awards judges will be rewarding CX skills no matter the size of the finalists, and SMEs will be giving it their all alongside the business behemoths in their quest for awards success.

A full list of categories and finalists can be found here, and Mark Hamill, the Managing Director of event hosts Awards International UAE said: “The standard of entries this year means an impressive finalist line-up, and we are excited to see what they will be bringing to the table in their presentations.”
