Today, we are presenting you some truly interesting insights from a study done by Teradata, which focused on omni-channel digital marketing of 299 top eCommerce companies in the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Denmark. The study covered three digital channels – email, social and mobile, showing the current state on the market as well as the spots for improvement. The study showed great differentiation between 6 countries, but all of them had mutual weak points: the mobile and geotargetting as the channels that are still not exploited to the full extent, but that offer great opportunities for individualization.
