Each business or individual has been selected for offering outstanding customer experience, and they will now go forward to the final which will take place at London’s ExCel conference centre on Thursday, September 25.
Now in their 5th year, the Awards celebrate and reward excellence in customer experience and support organisations and businesses that wish to be recognised for delivering exceptional customer experience.
After the difficult task of narrowing down all the entries that were received, the Finalist Screening Panel has published the Finalist List with companies as diverse as Barclays Bank to Just Eat making the shortlist for projects such as product improvements and social media.
An impressive line-up of Judges awaits – all ready to put the Finalists through their paces and hear how they have gone the extra mile for their customers, whilst at the same time meeting their business objectives.
