The deadline to enter the 2021 Gulf Customer Experience Awards is fast approaching, with just days left to put your organisation forward.
Potential entrants have until this Thursday, December 17 to submit entries ahead of the Awards finals day on February 15, 2021, where finalists will be presenting their best CX initiatives LIVE online before an expert panel of judges.
Finalists are set to be announced on February 16, at the ceremony taking place at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, celebrating CX excellence across the Gulf region.
Finalists will compete across 12 categories, including CX in Times of Crisis, Customer Happiness, Citizen Experience, and Diversity and Inclusion. The finalist with the highest judges’ score will also be crowned Overall Winner.
The Gulf Customer Experience Awards forms the backbone of CX Week in the Gulf, along with the CXPA meeting on February 15, the Awards ceremony will be followed on February 17 & 18 by the CX Professional Masterclass with Awards host, author, and global CX influencer Ian Golding.
