PaymentSense: Transforming CX With Multidimensional Model

Card payment solutions maestros PaymentSense has scooped one of the most significant titles at the 2018 UK Customer Experience Awards.

The company came out on top in the Transforming the Customer Experience category thanks to a presentation that left judges in no doubt as to the firm’s commitment to customer centricity.

Describing the scheme that earned them success at Wembley Stadium, a PaymentSense spokesperson said: “Fuelled by strong financial growth and positive customer feedback, Paymentsense has invested heavily in embedding Customer Experience within the company culture over the last 18 months.

“As a result, our customer strategy has evolved into a multidimensional model that accurately takes account of customer needs, company strategy, and customer lifetime value. This has underpinned the PaymentSense growth strategy and delivered the following financial performance over the past 12 months – revenue grew 18 percent to £73 million, net profit grew 11 percent to £17 million, and customer growth of 19 percent to 69,000.”

The Transforming the Customer Experience category also saw success for SearchFlow, which claimed the Silver title, while Firstsource in Partnership with Lloyds Banking Group were named Bronze winners.
