Last Thursday the Awards International team had the great pleasure to host the UK EX&CHA Awards 2021 event. Once again, the online event exceeded all our expectations by bringing a handful of outstanding presentations and brilliant conversations. We had an amazing time together with 300 fantastic company representatives across the UK.

During the presentation day, our CEO Neil Skehel hosted the EX&CH Trend Talks that inspired insightful conversations between EX&CH industry professionals. We will have the recorded conversation soon available on our YouTube channel. Make sure no to miss it.

We enjoyed the two-panel discussion on the topic of Employee Engagement and Returning to the Workplace and Vulnerable Customers over the last 15 months.

Our host Rebecca Brown made sure we all feel welcomed, cosy, and engaged. She did magnificent facilitation during the Awards Ceremony. Our team is also immensely grateful for the incredible job of the judges who announced winners for each category.

At the end of the event, we were all eager to hear who the winners are! Have you heard the news already? If not, here is a quick overview:

We are glad to report the overall winner of the UK Complaint Handling Awards in 2021 is Aptean & MotoNovo. The individual categories count winners such as LV=, Aptean & Close Brothers, Energia, and more. If you want to take a peek at the full list, follow the link here.

See you next year

The CXM team congratulates the winners and thanks to all brands for participating in the Awards. This May’s online events were truly inspiring, with dozens of insightful presentations across all CX and EX categories. We were honoured to hear so many exciting and innovative stories and attend the incredible evening awards ceremony.

Regardless of whether you won this time or not, we hope you found the Awards enjoyable and fulfilling just as much as we did. As our CEO Neil Skehel would say: “Sometimes you win; sometimes you learn.”

We had a chance to learn a lot this May and hope to see you again next year to build that knowledge furthermore together.
