Solus Accident Repair have proved their customer engagement is roadworthy with a fantastic win at the 2018 UK Customer Experience Awards.

The brand, owned by Aviva, has undergone a complete customer-centric transformation, and awards judges at Wembley Stadium were impressed with how staff have placed CX at the heart of the business.

They won Gold in the Best Business Change and Transformation – Customer Focus category, beating big names such as Barclays and Business Stream to clinch victory.

A Solus spokesman said: “Wembley has had its fair share of winning teams over the years and Solus are proud to have now joined this elite group. Embracing change and placing the customer at the heart of everything that we do has certainly paid off.

Meanwhile, the category presented a challenge for judges due to the high standard of finalists, including Silver winner Involvement Packaging, and Bronze winner AkzoNobel.
