The winners of the inaugural South East Europe Customer Experience Awards have celebrated their victory following the finals ceremony via Zoom videoconferencing platform.

The first year of South East Europe Customer Experience Awards gathered contenders from across the region for the first time online, allowing them to present their initiatives to the judges from the comfort of their homes.

Hosted by world-renowned CX specialist and author Ian Golding, the awards finals day was packed with the finalists’ presentations, CXTrendTalks™ panel discussions and the awards ceremony to which over 150 people ‘zoomed in’.

The excitement was palpable when the overall winner Telenor d.o.o. was named, after already hauling two golds in two categories, Digital Customer Experience and Telecoms.

Among other significant winners are E.ON Romania, Remix Global AD, Generali Insurance Serbia, National Academy for Public Administration and Concentrix Services Bulgaria.

The awards ceremony featured a keynote speech from Spiros Milonas CCXP, Founder at Krataion Consulting, impressions from two former awards winners, KCB and RAKEZ, and musical entertainment from Kaliopi.

A number of categories, as well as the finals ceremony were broadcasted live on Youtube, offering people from all around the world the experience even under the unfavourable circumstances.
