Following the success and positive feedback of the first meeting, Awards International has organised the second CX Networking Meeting, gathering around 40 CX professionals mainly from the Gulf region, but also from all over the world.

The meeting’s agenda included presentations from a number of CX professionals, panel discussions, as well as a short quiz related to the latest CX trends.

Among the presenters, Olga Potaptseva and Renata Liuzzi delivered refreshing and engaging presentations on Agile integration in CX and COVID19 impact on CX.

All the participants actively discussed and shared opinions in the chat on the topics being covered in the presentations.

The participants were later relocated in one of four rooms, such as We Connect People, CX Problems, CX Solutions and Crisis Reactions.

The participants’ reactions were entirely positive, with a great number of people looking forward to the next meeting.
