One of Britain’s best-known mobile networks has claimed an impressive two titles at the 2017 UK Digital Experience Awards.

Three, which revolutionised the mobile market when it famously launched as the first video phone network, entered two categories at the Awards International event in London’s Wembley Stadium.

Following presentations to the judging panel, the Three delegates learned they had won both categories they entered: Mobile Strategy and Use of SEO.

In their bid for Gold in Mobile Strategy, the team outlined the company’s digital shift of customers towards an ‘app-first’ future, while the presentation to Use of SEO category judges focused on how the firm’s omnichannel SEO pilot delivered exceptional online and offline results for customers.

Three’s success meant Virgin Train’s were awarded Silver in the Mobile Strategy.

Speaking to Customer Experience Magazine after the event, Jacqueline Harper, Director of Online at Three UK, said:

“We’re delighted to have been recognised for our mobile strategy and use of SEO at this year’s UK Digital Experience Awards. Every year, we make significant investments to deliver the best mobile experience for our customers.

We also have leading experts in our business to help us craft innovative SEO strategies so that we can reach new customers across multiple channels. These wins are a testament to the hard work of everyone involved.”
