Be a Winner in 2015 and enter the first ever UK Financial Services Experience Awards. Created to recognise and celebrate best practice in the delivery of customer experience in the Financial Services Sector – whether that be in banking, investment, insurance or any other part of the sector.
Following on from the success of the UK Customer Experience Awards and the UK Digital Experience Awards, Awards International has launched the UK Financial Services Experience Awards, specifically focusing on customer experience and the resultant competitive advantage.
Run in partnership with Cranfield University School of Management, one of the most prestigious business schools in the UK, and Customer Experience Magazine, being shortlisted for these awards will not only raise your profile, but will enable you to promote your commitment to the delivery of outstanding customer experience; learn about best practice, and connect with key players and organisations via the facilitated networking service, Connect@ the Awards.
Teams or individuals can enter the awards and are asked to demonstrate via a written entry and a presentation to judges, that they have delivered outstanding customer experience, and as a result have seen clear benefits in terms of business growth and customer engagement.
Entry submissions close on Friday 22th May, with the Awards campaign culminating in a Gala Lunch and the Awards Finals on Wednesday 8th July 2015 at the stylish Grand Connaught Rooms in central London. The winners of each category will be announced and presented with their bespoke Award in front of an audience of business leaders in their field.
Neil Skehel, Managing Director at Awards International said: “We are delighted to be launching these new awards in partnership with Customer Experience Magazine and Cranfield University School of Management. With the impact of increasing political, public, and regulatory scrutiny, delivering a great customer experience has never been more important than now, in the financial services sector. The launch of these new awards is timely in that it gives financial services companies the recognition they deserve. But also, because of the unique format of the awards, the opportunity to learn from others who are leading the way in delivering a great customer experience.”
