Whittlebury Hall Conference, Training Centre, Hotel and Spa are thrilled to have been named WINNER of Best Customer Experience in the Hospitality, Leisure and Entertainment sector at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2014.

Our initiative was the delivery of an improved online customer experience, achieved through the re-development of our website.

In addition to providing the business with a more effective tool, we identified the requirement to improve the overall online experience for our customers, delivering a site that suited their needs.

We created an informative and interactive experience for all audiences, and ensured the website was easy for users to navigate with clear user journeys.

Not satisfied with just providing a new website with improved navigation and enhanced online booking facilities, we further improved the customer experience. It is now easier for customers to contact us and with the introduction of a new online booking system, we have been able to broaden the range of packages, treatments and products available to customers to purchase online.

Customers have responded to the new website positively with visitors staying longer. Page views have increased, demonstrating that users can find content more easily, driving a dramatic increase in online leisure sales.

Whittlebury Hall Conference, Training Centre Hotel and Spa is an award-winning four star hotel, conference and training centre, and spa, located in rural Northamptonshire, adjacent to Silverstone Racing Circuit, with a broad offering of products and services. We have 213 rooms and five individual suites; purpose-built event and learning facilities, including 20 conference and training suites and 28 syndicate rooms; The Day Spa offers over 60 treatments in 23 rooms. We are an independent small-medium sized business within the hospitality industry and service sector, with over 320 employees.
