What a busy, yet incredible week for CX professionals in the Gulf region! On February 21, the guests at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai were bursting with joy while inspiration flowed in the air. 

You guessed it! Awards International organized an unforgettable ceremony for two of its prestigious awards programmes: the GCXATM (Gulf Customer Experience Awards) and the GREATM (Gulf Real Estate Awards).  

It’s been a challenging year – but one with many success stories – for companies improving their customer experience and real estate businesses. These awards celebrated the Gulf’s top results and rewarded the best initiatives in both fields. 

Fantastic hosts, keynote speakers, and guests!  

The Awards Ceremony host was the amazing Ian Golding, who helped set the tone and put everyone in the audience at ease. The keynote speaker for GREA was Rim Bdiri of Winston Management Consultancy FZC LLC, and for GCXA we heard from Renata Liuzzi of Axis Partners.  

Who are the winners?  

The Overall Winner title went to Petromin Corporation for GCXA and Emaar Community Management for GREA. Awards International and Customer Experience Magazine would like to congratulate all the winners in both awards programmes and thank every finalist who presented their inspiring business initiative to the judges. 

In the coming years, Awards International will continue supporting, promoting and rewarding the Gulf’s best initiatives, bringing greater attention to leading companies and organisations in various industries.
