The second edition of the Turkey Customer Experience Awards, organised by Awards International, announced the winners for this year’s programme. 

It was a successful year for leading companies in Turkey, with the best of the best being shortlisted for the finals. Top companies and organisations from Turkey have participated in this premium programme, competing for the most coveted accolades in customer experience.

A look into the event

TCXATM ’22 Awards Finals and Ceremony were held in Istanbul on June 2, 2022, at the Hilton Istanbul Maslak. In the morning, the finalists presented their initiatives in front of the judging panel for each category. After all the initiatives had been presented, the judges scored them and submitted the results.

The awards’ ceremony was hosted by Ian Golding, and co-hosted by Seda Alpkaya, who greeted the attendees and led everyone through the event. In the afternoon, between the winners’ announcements, the guests also had the opportunity to hear from Serdar Turan, who delivered an inspiring keynote speech.

Once again, a big congratulations to all the winners of this year’s awards and all shortlisted companies. You are all setting an example of excellent CX practice in Turkey to help improve the industry. 

Going forward, all the winners will receive a Benchmark Report from the judges in their category, with detailed scores for the written entry and live presentation and with comments about the initiative.
