How Old Is Mo In Eastenders

Hey there, soap opera fans! Let's dish out some fun facts about a beloved character from EastEnders, Mo Harris. Now, you might be wondering, "How old is Mo, anyway?" Well, grab a cuppa and let's dive in!

Mo's Journey So Far

Mo, played by the fabulous Laila Morse, has been gracing our screens since 2000. That's right, she's been a part of the Albert Square family for over two decades! But don't let that make you think she's ancient – she's got a youthful spirit that's as fiery as her red hair.

Now, you might be thinking, "Okay, so she's been around for a while, but how old is she supposed to be in the show?" Well, that's where it gets a bit tricky. EastEnders doesn't always stick to real-time aging, so let's do some sleuthing!

Unraveling the Mystery

Mo was first introduced as the mother of Kat Slater, who was played by Jessie Wallace. When Kat first appeared, she was around 25 years old, which would make Mo, at that time, around 45. But remember, that was back in 2000!

Since then, time has passed differently for Mo than it has for us. While we've aged 22 years, Mo has only aged a few. Confused? Don't worry, it's a soap opera thing! Let's just say, Mo's age is more of a state of mind than a number.

Think of Mo like a fine wine – she just keeps getting better with age! She's been through it all, from being a loving mother to Kat and her other kids, to running the local pub, The Vic, and even finding love along the way. She's a true EastEnders legend!
