Best Only Fools And Horses Episodes

So, I was down the pub the other day, and I bumped into this old geezer, right? He was telling me about how he's been binge-watching Only Fools and Horses again, and it got me thinking, "Blimey, I haven't seen some of those classics in ages!" So, I thought I'd share some of my favourite episodes with you lot. Grab a cuppa, get comfy, and let's dive in, yeah?

Time for a Little History Lesson

For those of you who haven't had the pleasure, Only Fools and Horses is a British sitcom that ran from 1981 to 1991. It's all about the Trotters, a family from Peckham in South London, and their dodgy dealings, schemes, and misadventures. The show's a classic, and it's still as funny today as it was back then. Now, let's get on with the good stuff, shall we?

1. "A Touch of Glass" (Series 4, Episode 6)

This one's a classic, innit? Del Boy and Rodney decide to start their own double-glazing business, and of course, chaos ensues. The scene where Del's trying to sell a window to a bloke who's clearly not interested is pure gold. And the bit with the pigeon? Priceless!

2. "The Jolly Boys' Outing" (Series 3, Episode 6)

This episode is a must-watch, mate. The Trotters go on a day trip to the seaside, and as you can imagine, it's a disaster from start to finish. From Del's "lucky" trouser incident to the chandelier scene, it's laugh-out-loud funny. Plus, it's got one of the best theme tunes, hasn't it?

3. "Time on Our Hands" (Series 7, Episode 6)

This one's a bit different, yeah? It's a Christmas special, and it's all about Del finally making it big with his "miracle" watch. The scene where he's trying to sell them to the Americans is brilliant, and the twist at the end is a proper knee-slapper. Oh, and it's got some cracking one-liners, too. "You know what you need, Del? A good, strong cup of tea." Classic!

4. "The Frog's Legacy" (Series 6, Episode 6)

This one's a bit of a hidden gem, I reckon. Del and Rodney find a frog in their garden, and Del's convinced it's a prince in disguise. The scene where he's trying to kiss the frog is hilarious, and the ending's a proper laugh. It's a bit daft, but that's what makes it so brilliant, ain't it?

Honourable Mentions

I couldn't write this without giving a shout-out to a few more episodes. "The Yellow Peril" is a classic, with Del's dodgy driving and the Trotters' disastrous attempt at running a restaurant. And "The Russians Are Coming" is a belter, with Del and Rodney trying to sell some dodgy watches to a bunch of Russian sailors. Proper funny, that one!

And there you have it, folks. Some of the best episodes of Only Fools and Horses, in my humble opinion. Whether you're a long-time fan or you're just dipping your toes into the world of the Trotters, these episodes are guaranteed to have you in stitches. So, put the kettle on, stick one of these on the telly, and have a good old laugh, yeah?
