How to apply

Applying is as easy as a Paso Doble. You'll need to fill out an online form with your details and answer a couple of questions. No dancing skills required, just honesty!

Here's a tip: Make sure your email address is correct. If you win, they'll contact you through email. You don't want to miss out because your inbox is full of old newsletters!

What happens if you win?

Congratulations, you're going to Strictly! If you're one of the lucky ones drawn, you'll get an email with all the details. Tickets are usually free, but remember, you might have to pay for your own travel and accommodation.
