
The 16th edition of the UK Customer Experience Awards has opened for entries. The annual event will bring together CX consultants and the biggest names in UK business, at Wembley on 16th October.
“We’re returning to Wembley to celebrate the best customer experience from across the UK,” said Neil Skehel, CEO of Awards International the organiser of the UK CXAs.
“Each year, we see entries from companies of all sizes and all industries. They are unified by a shared mission to deliver great customer experiences.”
Last year’s winners include DHL Supply Chain, Vodafone, Ageas UK, Fidelity International, Octopus Energy, Market Harborough Building Society, Zurich Insurance, and London Luton Airport.

Experian were crowned the Overall winner last year. CX Leader of the Year went to Ethos Farm founder and CEO, Sally Alington.
The Lifetime Achievement Award was picked up by Ant Middle, the CEO of Ageas UK.
The all-day event includes the Build-up to the Awards during the day, before shifting on to a black tie gala ceremony for the evening. The 400 executives that attended the afternoon conference were joined by another 500 CX professionals for the evening’s gala event.
