The entry deadline for the inaugural South East Europe Customer Experience Awards is this week, with entrants aiming to be shortlisted for the Finals event in May.
The first CX event of its kind in South East Europe, the Awards will take place in the Serbian capital Belgrade, and it is the perfect opportunity for businesses to present inspiring CX initiatives and receive valuable feedback from a judging panel featuring the regions’ foremost industry experts.
Included in the judging panel is globally renowned CX consultant and author Ian Golding, who will also host the Awards ceremony following the day’s presentations.
Finalists will compete across 12 categories including Best Loyalty Programme, Team of the Year, and CX Professional of the Year.

The entry deadline is March 6, with finalists set to be unveiled on March 20, while those interested in applying to judge can do so here.
