The Gulf Customer Experience Awards will return to Dubai for 2021 in a new-look ceremony that will celebrate the very best CX strategies in the region.

Hosted by Awards International, the 2021 finals event will take place in Dubai on February 16 and entries are now open for firms hoping to secure victory at what will be the biggest and best event to date.

Twelve categories are open for brands to enter, including CX in Times of Crisis, Customer Happiness, Citizen Experience, Employees at the Heart of Everything and Diversity and Inclusion.

One Overall Winner will also be crowned, thrusting the highest scoring category winner into the success spotlight for the year.

As always, that decision will be made by a judging panel featuring industry experts from across the Middle East and further afield.

The event will form the centrepiece of CX Week in the Gulf: on February 15 a CXPA meeting will be held, then on February 17 & 18, Ian Golding will be running a CX Professional Masterclass for any CX professional looking to celebrate their achievements and expand their knowledge.

Aleksandar Ilic, Regional Manager Middle East of Awards International said:

After a year like 2020, we all have so many things to celebrate and be thankful for, and I think the categories in this edition of the Awards really reflect that.
The most credible and most popular awards in the region is really a great place to get the recognition for your hard work and let your customers know how much you care for them.
Gulf CX Awards is a special event and I am thrilled to welcome all the finalists, judges and guests.

Gold standard: Ian Golding is returning as Awards Chairman for 2021

Prospective finalists have until December 7 to enter, and those that do before October 22 can take advantage of a special Early Bird discount offer.

The finalists will then be announced on December 16, when the final countdown to the ceremony – which is supported by the Customer Experience Professionals Association – begins.

Previous Gulf Customer Experience Awards events have celebrated the CX efforts of some of the best-known brands in the region, including Etisalat, Ejadah Asset Management, HSBC, Dubai Asset Management and others.

Urging firms to enter, Awards International CEO Neil Skehel said: “The Gulf Customer Experience Awards is the region’s flagship CX celebration, and the place to reward the very best in cutting-edge customer centricity.

“We are thrilled to host what is set to be the most successful awards finals to date, and we would like to wish all entrants the very best of luck ahead of the announcement of finalists later this year.”
