The finalists for the 2021 Gulf Customer Experience Awards have been revealed, with brands including Virgin Mobile UAE, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and HSBC among those set to compete for victory at the event in February.
The annual gathering is the premier showcase for CX talent in the Middle East, and will see finalists from across the Gulf present details of initiatives and strategies before an expert panel of judges.

The firms hoping to secure a win in the 14 categories will face a judging panel including Awards Ambassadors Imad Hazeem, speaker and CX trainer, and Mohamad El-Hinnawi, CCXP, Managing Director at Conred; among many more.
Places are still available to join the judging panel for 2021.
The finalists will be presenting LIVE online on February 15, from 9 am to 1 pm.
The Awards ceremony will take place in person at the beautiful Jumeirah Creekside Dubai Hotel on February 16, and will be hosted by Award International.
Partnering Awards International to support the 2021 event is the Customer Experience Professionals Association, CustomerService.ae, CXO Insight Middle East, and Customer Experience Magazine.
