The winners of the 2020 Gulf Sustainability & CSR Awards have celebrated success in Dubai, with Splash by being crowned as the day’s Overall Winner.

The event took place yesterday at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel and welcomed representatives from over 40 companies live and online, who presented their best initiatives online on 20th October.

The finalists competed across 12 categories, with organisations giving their best to claim titles like Water or Waste Management, CSR and Sustainability Professional of the Year, Best Community Development, and Best Workplace and HR Practices.

The Awards’ Overall winner Splash also won two Gold Awards earlier in the evening, in Environmental Sustainability Programmes (Large Companies) and Sustainable Business Models categories.

The company is the largest fast fashion retailer in the Middle East, with more than 200 stores in 15 countries.

The day was jam-packed with other significant wins including ALARGAN International Real Estate, Bee’ah and Massar Solutions.

CAFU won Gold for Innovation in Sustainable Technologies, while Emirates NBD won Gold for Best Community Development.

The event was hosted by Awards international, and along with the UK Customer Experience Awards, Gulf Customer Experience Awards, and the International Customer Experience Awards proudly holds a Gold Standard Awards Trust mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council (IASC).
