L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB), in partnership with Dollphin, has won gold in the Best B2B Customer Experience category at the European Customer Experience Awards 2024 organised by Awards International.

This recognition highlights the success of the LDB Academy, a unique educational platform designed exclusively for partner pharmacies. Originally launched in Greece, the Academy empowers pharmacists, assistants, and dermo-beauty advisors with specialised knowledge to enhance their daily interactions with customers.

In 2020, LDB and Dollphin restructured the Academy with a customer experience focus, introducing a revamped platform that significantly boosted engagement and effectiveness. The redesign was based on in-depth research and aimed to create an immersive CX, ultimately driving stronger relationships between the brand and its pharmacy partners.

Since its relaunch, the Academy has seen impressive growth in membership, engagement, and learning outcomes. It integrates online and offline activities, offering features such as personalised education paths and a dedicated section on sustainability. This ongoing effort underscores LDB’s commitment to elevating the expertise of its pharmacy partners while ensuring that customer needs remain at the forefront of its B2B strategy.
