Orange Business, the enterprise division of the Orange Group, has introduced Live Intelligence, a comprehensive suite of generative AI solutions designed to democratise access to AI technology for businesses and local authorities.
The initiative builds on the company’s sovereign GenAI offer announced earlier this year and aims for ease of implementation, security, and scalability.
Tested internally by over 50,000 Orange employees, Live Intelligence has demonstrated significant efficiency gains. The solution was initially developed by Orange innovation teams to streamline internal workflows, offering tools such as automated document analysis, email summarisation, meeting preparation, and content creation.
One key feature of Live Intelligence is its multi-LLM (large language model) framework, which allows businesses to choose models suited to their needs, whether they’re genAI novices or seasoned users. Delivered in a plug-and-play SaaS mode, the solution provides a library of pre-set prompts, enabling quick adoption across teams without requiring extensive technical expertise.
By offering robust security measures, including European data hosting, Live Intelligence directly addresses concerns about “Shadow AI”, the use of unsanctioned AI tools that risk data breaches. Businesses can monitor AI usage with features like consumption dashboards and usage statistics, ensuring compliance and data control.
Live Intelligence tackles genAI adoption barriers with a simplified, affordable, and secure approach, making advanced AI capabilities accessible to smaller enterprises, which form the backbone of the European economy.
“Supporting business innovation through digital services is at the heart of our strategy. Live Intelligence enables all businesses, regardless of their size or sector, to leverage the power of GenAI to improve operational efficiency and customer experience without compromising the security of their data. AI is more than just a technology; it represents a fundamental shift in how we envision future applications,” said Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, Chief Executive Officer of Orange Business.
