CallTower has announced the acquisition of Inoria, a Canada-based CCaaS provider. This marks another step in CallTower’s pursuit of delivering CCaaS solutions while enhancing its customer experience (CX) and Conversational Artificial Intelligence (CAI) offerings worldwide.

This merger combines CallTower’s Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) strengths with Inoria’s advanced CCaaS capabilities, creating a robust platform for comprehensive CX solutions, including both professional and managed services. The collaboration expands CallTower’s global presence and improves its ability to offer tailored support to a diverse customer base.
