Customer Intelligence Assistant delivers comprehensive summaries of customer accounts, including recent interactions, sentiment analysis, and contract statuses. By integrating data across sales, finance, and the supply chain, it provides a holistic view that aids in developing deeper customer connections.
Moreover, Multilingual Support allows global engagement by translating communications in real time, allowing sales teams to interact with customers in their native languages effortlessly.
