ServiceNow has enhanced its global partner program with nearly quadrupled investments in incentives and specialisations to foster growth and enhance customer outcomes. In addition, Infosys and Cognizant are now Global Elite partners, which is the highest level in the program.

The program introduces new opportunities for partners to differentiate their AI expertise, such as additional Product Line Achievements (PLA) for Now Assist to bolster credibility as trusted AI advisors. Additionally, it includes specialisations in critical areas such as genAI for Customer Experience, Employee Experience, ServiceOps, Cybersecurity, and Technology Risk.
Infosys and Cognizant achieve global elite status
ServiceNow’s Partner Program, which includes over 2,200 partners worldwide, is known for its strict training and certification processes, with Infosys and Cognizant now joining a select group alongside Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and KPMG.
Building on over a decade of collaboration, Infosys is combining its Cobalt platform with ServiceNow’s Now Assist AI capabilities to deliver managed services that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and transform user experiences.
Meanwhile, Cognizant continues to deepen its partnership with ServiceNow, driving toward $1 billion in combined business. The Cognizant ServiceNow Business Group accelerates AI solution deployments while addressing critical challenges such as technical debt, operational inefficiencies, and siloed systems.
