Founded in 1995 as “InVision Software”, the company has been dedicated to developing enterprise-wide workforce management solutions since its inception. As one of Europe’s pioneers in this field, InVision has introduced numerous technological innovations as a first mover over the past 30 years. For decades, InVision’s products have been used by large international customers across various industries to boost employee engagement, increase productivity, and reduce costs.

In 2011, the company launched cloud-based solutions under the “injixo” brand, enabling small and medium-sized businesses to implement professional workforce management quickly and cost-effectively for the first time. Now, the full range of offerings for small, medium, and large enterprises will be consolidated under a single brand – Peopleware.
