Voting has closed on this year’s edition of the CXMStars. The list of the top 50 CX influencers and professionals will be published on 10th February.
This year’s competition received nearly 200 nominations from Europe, the US, the Middle East, India and Asia. CXMStars, now in its sixth year, also saw a record number of votes cast during the two weeks of public voting.
Alongside the public vote, our judges have been reviewing the contestants’ questionnaires.
This year’s judges include Ginger Conlon, director of customer services, Genesys, Greg Melia, CEO Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), Dr Maxie Schmidt of Forrester, influential Ian Golding CX consultant and Neil Skehel, CEO of Awards International.
