Mercedes-Benz Stadium (MBS) has partnered with the US Customer Experience Awards 2024 winner ParkHub to simplify parking for fans attending Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United matches, introducing a range of digital solutions designed to ease congestion and improve efficiency.

The collaboration brings ParkHub’s advanced parking technology to MBS, allowing fans to pre-book parking through its EventPass, SeasonPass, and CompPass platforms. These tools provide guaranteed spaces, digital season passes, and dedicated VIP parking options, helping to reduce stress on game days.

ParkHub’s operational management system, Suite, will provide stadium operators real-time insights into parking activity. This will allow MBS to optimise space allocation and streamline traffic flow around the venue.

Charley DeBow, SVP of sales & strategic partnerships at ParkHub, said: “Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a leader in providing innovative fan experiences, and we are honoured to play a role in elevating that journey. Our technology not only simplifies parking operations but also offers valuable data insights that enhance fan engagement and streamline stadium logistics. By connecting fans with efficient parking solutions, we’re helping MBS deliver a premium experience that reflects their commitment to excellence on and off the field.”

Beyond official stadium parking, ParkHub has partnered with third-party operators to manage 45 nearby locations, offering fans additional parking choices based on price and proximity. This integration aims to improve access and reduce congestion around the stadium.

The partnership follows ParkHub’s recent merger with UK-based JustPark, which expanded its capabilities to include prepaid event parking reservations and further enhanced its centralised parking management system.

ParkHub won gold for best customer-centric culture at last year’s US Customer Experience Awards.
