Global communications platform Infobip has partnered with White Label Communications to expand its Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) capabilities for medium and large enterprises.

The collaboration aims to provide resellers with a more comprehensive suite of cloud-based communication solutions, helping businesses enhance customer interactions while maintaining compliance.

By integrating Infobip’s CPaaS technology with White Label’s enterprise-grade APIs, the partnership enables businesses to seamlessly incorporate advanced communication features into their software. This move reflects the growing demand for scalable and flexible communication solutions, with research firm Gartner predicting that 90% of global enterprises will adopt CPaaS for customer experience and engagement by 2028, up from 50% in 2023.

Ethan Gustav, Group President for North America at Infobip, said: “The demand for CPaaS continues to grow rapidly and is being embraced by some of the largest digital-native companies regionally and globally, in multiple sectors. We take pride in partnering with White Label Communications to deliver the richer communication consumers expect from the brands they engage with.”

With this partnership, White Label Communications’ customers gain access to multi-layered middleware that simplifies the development and deployment of communication applications. This allows enterprises to build more engaging and efficient interactions within their existing platforms.

Infobip recently entered the Japanese market through a partnership with NTT Com Online Marketing Solutions Corporation.
