Silent Authentication, a key component of Vonage Verify, replaces traditional One-Time Passwords (OTPs) with an automatic, network-based verification process. By utilising data from users’ smartphones and mobile network operators, Lydia Solutions ensures a smooth, hassle-free login experience while significantly reducing the risk of social engineering attacks.

This tool eliminates OTP vulnerabilities and enables users to authenticate safely using their phone numbers.

Optimizing the user journey
