Entries are now open for the 2021 UK Customer Experience Awards, which this year is marking twelve years of celebrating the very best CX in Britain.

The 2021 UK Customer Experience Awards is going to be a celebration of the extraordinary CX innovations developed in the past year.

The event is going to take place LIVE Online over two days (October 7th and 14th) in real time and in-person no pre-recording. The presenters will have the opportunity to talk to guests and engage in commentary and discussion with CX experts from the Awards and from around the world.

The finalists will present their initiatives before an expert panel of judges on October 7th and a week later, on October 17th, the category winners will be revealed at the LIVE Online Awards ceremony.

New categories for this year include Customer Experience in the Crisis, Outsourcing, Learning and Development, Vulnerability and CX in the Community. Click here for the full list of the categories.

For this year’s edition of the UKCXA, the Steering Council has been established to gather feedback on the development and performance of the awards from independent senior business leaders. The Steering Council is chaired by global CX consultant and author Ian Golding,

The UK Customer Experience Awards is accredited with the prestigious Gold Awards Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council, and as always is proud to be partnered with Cranfield School of Management, Barnardo’s, Kantar and the Customer Experience Professionals Association.
