The deadline to take advantage of the special Early Bird discount offer to enter the 2019 International Customer Experience Awards is approaching.

Potential entrants have until June 12 to save €80 off the standard entry price, ahead of the second Awards finals, which held it’s inaugural event last November in Amsterdam.

The Awards finals, including presentations before judges and a gala evening ceremony, will return to the Dutch capital on November 21, when entrants will compete across 19 categories, with one Overall Winner also crowned.

Categories this year include Best Customer Experience Strategy, Best Multi/Omni-Channel Customer Experience, and Most Effective Customer Experience in Social Media.

The overall entry deadline is August 7, with finalists announced soon after. those shortlisted will then prepare to face a judging panel which includes some of the biggest names in global Customer Experience.

Judges include international CX consultant, author, and CXM Masterclass host Ian Golding; fellow Masterclass host and contact centre expert Daniel Ord; and Nienke Bloem, co-founder of The Customer Experience Game, among others.

Speaking ahead of the Early Bird deadline, Awards International CEO Neil Skehel said: “Following the huge success of last year’s inaugural event, it’s very exciting to see the International Customer Experience Awards return in 2019.

“The evolution of Customer Experience never stops, and we strive to make sure the pioneering voices and innovators in the field are recognised and rewarded at a global level.

“The event is also set to be among this year’s biggest CX networking opportunities in Europe, and we are anticipating some truly outstanding entries this year that will be sure to put our judges to the test when it comes to scoring.
