Voice and contact centre app provider AudioCodes has presented its new Intelligent Meeting Room, a solution that combines generative AI-driven meeting summaries and intelligent video functionalities with the company’s RXV series of unified communications devices.
Intelligent Meeting Room is equipped with automatic summarisation capability, which creates and shares comprehensive meeting summaries so in-room participants can focus fully on discussions, removing the need for manual note-taking.
Summaries are easily activated via the RX-PAD meeting controller console, turning meeting content into a valuable resource for organisational knowledge.
