Awards International has announced Sinem Yuksel as the chair of the Türkiye Customer Experience Awards 2025.

Yuksel brings over 20 years of experience in the telecoms and finance industry and is a dynamic leader currently serving as the chief marketing and sales and experience officer at TikTak, a next-gen car-sharing platform.

With a track record of supporting customer-centric initiatives, Yuksel previously hosted the Türkiye Customer Experience Awards and CXTrendTalks panel discussions and has served as a judge at the International Customer Experience Awards. Her extensive expertise in leading transformative customer strategies is set to bring valuable insights to the role of chair.
